Gran Canaria Estate S.L. has its origin in the creation of the splendid apartment complex La Canaria, which has become a five-star Radisson Blu resort by the sea in Patalavaca, Gran Canaria. This became a very great success, and we have sold apartments for nearly 1 billion Norwegian kroner in this complex. Today, all apartments are sold, but we still facilitate resales from our office in Arguineguín, which was newly opened when we expanded our business in 2015. From this office, we focus on the regular housing market along the sunny south coast of Gran Canaria
Gran “Canaria Estate S.L. is a member of the Spanish real estate organization ACEGI, which allows us to offer you a wide selection of homes for sale from nearly 100 other real estate offices. If you have a property you want to sell here in Gran Canaria, we can market your property to all these real estate offices. Broader marketing can hardly be found.
Gran Canaria Estate S.L. is founded by Jan Haugland, who is an authorized real estate agent through the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority. We emphasize that neither we nor other real estate agents in Gran Canaria are subject to the supervision of the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority. We are affiliated with a Spanish real estate organization, as real estate agencies in Spain should be.
Jan Haugland started his career in Norway, and as he achieved very good results there, he took the chance and moved to Gran Canaria to start his own business. He also became an investor in the construction of Radisson Blu, where he was responsible for selling all the apartments.
Today, Gran Canaria Estate S.L. is a purely family-owned company, and we go the extra mile for you as a buyer or seller, with a more personal touch. We will explain and guide you through the entire process, both before, during, and after the transaction.
